Matlock Group LLC was founded by Mandy Matlock, who has worked in the recruiting and staffing industry since she graduated college (over 20+ years ago). Mandy obtained her undergraduate degree in Economics from University of Maryland Baltimore County, and then joined Randstad North America as a full-cycle recruiter. For the next eleven years, at Randstad, she managed multiple branches in the Mid-Atlantic market and specialized in direct hire and temporary placements of HR, Administrative and Finance & Accounting candidates. While working full-time at Randstad, Mandy also obtained her MBA from Loyola University.

In 2015, Mandy left Randstad to join a privately owned, nationwide staffing firm, Roth Staffing. For the next nine years, she worked as a Market Director of Roth Staffing, overseeing multiple branches in the Mid-Atlantic area. She specialized again in the HR, Administrative, and Finance & Accounting vertical. In January of 2024, Mandy decided to pursue her dream, leveraging her experience and education, to launch Matlock Group LLC.
